Renovation of Brownfields in tourism – Call I
The goal of the program is the modernization of outdated, spatially and technically inadequate objects, buildings and premises, which will be used for the development of business activities and services of small and medium-sized enterprises in the tourism industry.

- Applicants: small and medium-sized enterprises
- Project location: entire Czech Republic except Prague
- Amount of subsidy: 3 – 100 million CZK
- Start of receiving applications: 17. 2. 2025
- End of receiving applications: 31. 10. 2025
- The applicant must have acquired ownership or other rights to real estate and land where the project will be implemented
- Eligible project expenses may include costs for increasing the original total usable area by a maximum of 100% of the original state of the building
- The maximum amount of eligible expenses per unit of built-up area of future construction is 14,000 CZK/m3
Supported activities
Activity A: Renovation of brownfield-type buildings into business buildings for carrying out economic activities (CZ-NACE 55, 56)
- Support rate: according to the regional map and 45% of de minimis (for design and engineering activities)
- Amount of subsidy: 3 – 100 million CZK. Maximum 14,000 CZK/m3 of built-up area
- The total usable area of all renovated buildings must reach 500 m2 after the project is implemented for the activity
Activity B: Renovation of brownfield-type cultural monuments for the performance of economic activities (CZ – NACE 55, 56, 91.02 and 91.03, respectively 91.2)
- Support rate: GBER + 45% de minimis, 60% – small enterprise, 60% – medium-sized enterprise
- Subsidy amount: 3 – 50 million CZK. Maximum 14,000 CZK/m3 of built-up area
- The total usable area of all renovated buildings must reach 300 m2 after the project is implemented for the activity
The following expenses will be eligible for the project:
- Land development
- Reconstruction of buildings
- Modernization, modification, construction or removal of buildings
- Engineering networks, communications to buildings, hardware and networks
- Additional technological equipment of the project (e.g. gastro kitchen, wellness, etc.)
- Project documentation
- Building energy performance certificate
