New energy savings Program
The loan is intended for entrepreneurs, regardless of size, operating in various fields. The project must be implemented outside of Prague.
Form and amount of support
Support is provided in the form of a preferential loan and subsidy for meeting the energy results of the project, and a financial contribution for the acquisition of an energy assessment. The supported measures must lead to overall energy savings in the company and at the same time to savings in primary energy consumption after the implementation of the project. Separate support can be obtained for an energy assessment.
Loan conditions
- Loan amount: 0.5 to 60 mil. CZK (up to 90% of eligible expenses)
- Interest rate: 1.99% p.a.
- Maturity of the loan: up to 10 years with deferred repayment for 2 years
Subsidy conditions
- Subsidy amount: up to 35% of expenses
- The subsidy component will be paid after the submission of a verification energy assessment or a declaration in the case of an evaluation of energy savings in the form of an energy assessment
Examples of supported activities
- Insulation of the perimeter shell, replacement and renovation of hole fillings
- Increasing the energy efficiency of technical building systems
- Use of renewable energy sources
- Accumulation of all forms of energy within complex projects for increasing energy efficiency
- Reducing the energy intensity/increasing the energy efficiency of production and technological processes
- Increasing the energy efficiency of the building’s lighting
- Use of waste energy
- Installation of equipment to digitize the building, with the aim of increasing its readiness for smart solutions
- Climate change adaptation measures (e.g. vegetated roofs and facades)
