Call Flexibility and diversity in OPZ+

The call addresses a specific area of the social aspect of ESG: employment conditions and diversity. For example, the introduction of a flexible form of work and shared workplaces can contribute to the creation of a positive relationship between the company and its employees. Diversity can help improve relationships with communities and customers and contribute to a positive perception of a business.

how to introduce and develop flexible forms of work

how to work with diversity and inclusion in talent support

how to systematically support parents at work, including their support during maternity/parental leave, so that they can develop professionally and in their career

how to build diverse work teams so that they have a chance to achieve excellent results, and how to work with these teams.
