Get a subsidy for training workers in the Karlovy Vary, Ústí and Moravian-Silesian regions

People and skills are one of the support areas of the Operational Program Just Transformation (OP JT). The grant is aimed at projects aimed at increasing and deepening the qualification and retraining of workers for new industries.

Call of OP JT to submit applications for support for training in companies

The program is aimed at increasing and deepening the qualification and retraining of workers (professional education) in enterprises affected by transformations. Supported training includes, for example, technical and further vocational training, development of digital competences and IT skills, language training, etc.

Key conditions

Level of support: up to 85% of costs

Subsidy amount: min. 850 th. CZK – max. EUR 2 mil.

Applicants: businesses of all sizes affected by economic transformation

Target groups: employees

Deadline: Karlovy Vary and Ústí Regions – until 31 December 2024; Moravian-Silesian Region – until June 30, 2026

Supported main activity

Increasing and deepening the qualification and retraining of workers for new industries through professional education

Eligible training includes e.g. technical and further vocational training, development of digital competencies and IT skills, language training, etc.

Supported additional activities

Small investments (purchase of machines, devices, material and equipment) with a direct link to the workload of educated employees

Assistance to employees with debt relief
