Get a subsidy for processing biogas into biomethane and its distribution

The goal of the program is the efficient use of renewable energy sources: support for the treatment of biogas into biomethane and its filling or injection into the distribution network. Get a subsidy of up to 100 million CZK for the acquisition of the necessary technology.

Supported activities

Technology for processing biogas into biomethane and injecting it into the distribution network

Technology for processing biogas into biomethane and gas filling technology (for example Bio-CNG filling equipment including filler and related technology, Bio CNG filling station including dispenser and related technology).

Basic conditions

Subsidy per project: min. 1 million CZK – max. 100 million CZK

Support rate: 30% – 65%

Eligible applicants: businesses

Location of the project: Czech Republic outside Prague

Tangible fixed assets
1. Equipment for the treatment of raw biogas into biomethane, including expenditure on equipment whose technology is located between the produced raw biogas and the output of the final equipment for the treatment of raw biogas into biomethane (biogas distribution lines, compression equipment including compressed gas drying and cooling technology, pretreatment of biogas – H2S separation )
2. Equipment whose technology is located downstream of the output of the final raw treatment equipment
biogas into biomethane (equipment for adjusting biomethane to the quality required by PDS for injection into the gas plant
systems, compression equipment including compressed gas drying and cooling technology, biomethane liquefaction equipment, equipment for regulating and measuring gas quality and quantity, data transmission equipment, biomethane odorization equipment, gas storage (Bio-CNG, Bio-LNG), expenses during modernization and reconstruction of electricity distribution, mining gas pipeline)
3. Other eligible expenses that are not directly related to the production of energy from RES – biomethane (related to the supply of produced biomethane)

Engineering activity (Externally purchased services of authorized natural and legal persons according to law)

Project documentation (DUR/DSP, DPS, DSPS)
